2. Merlin.
3. Poirot.
4. The Quin Dynasty.
5. Code Geass - (don't ask...).
6. Emilia skating on ice.
7. Lucy cleans herself before bed.
8. My brother stomping madly at the moles in Family Trainer game. Irresponsible Cooking Sessions - 8This is my first attemp at chocolate pudding with a Lindt ball centre.
Recipe for the chocolate pudding is from Donna Hay's Chocolate.
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Place the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Place the eggs, yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk until pale. Gently fold in the flour and chocolate mixture and spoon into 4 lightly greased 1 cup (250mL) capacity ovenproof dishes. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pudding are puffed. Top with the cream to serve.
Modifications:
Silicon baking molds were used.
Half-fill the molds and then put in a Lindt chocolate ball of desired flavour, then cover with more pudding mixture. I suspected the pudding will be a bit bitter as I used the 70% dark chocolate instead of ordinary dark cooking chocolate. Family seems to think otherwise probably due to the Lindt centre? Anyway it's all gone... I've only eaten one...
Oh and since I was cooking chocolate, I might as well put all the chocolate in force...
Irresponsible Cooking Sessions - 7Just something I thought might taste alright...
Spinach, ham, cheese in pasta sheet...
I didn't managed to squeeze all the water out of the spinach...
Oh and I love cheese (hence the over stuffing with cheese...
It did taste good like I thought...
It somehow overrided mom's dishes and became the dinner for the night... |
